It has been observed that the new mother’s body is still healing and recovering after the 40 days/six week period. She is still not ready for strenuous activities or heavy workouts. Once the Motherina Physiotherapist have given a go ahead to start with exercises after the physical check and physiotherapy sessions it is advised to take up postnatal yoga or pilates to begin with for first few weeks.

Every woman has a unique birth experience and the healing and recovery also depends on individual basis. Depending upon your mode of delivery and recovery stage these sessions are designed to improve your flexibility through different yoga postures/asana and gradually increasing the core strength with breath work and core engagement techniques of pilates. At Motherina theses sessions are designed on individual basis as per the unique needs of mother.

Charges will be Rs. 900 Per Session or Rs. 9000 for 12 Sessions. (Online) & Rs. 1500 Per Session or Rs. 15000 for 12 Sessions. (Offline)
